La competición comenzará el 15 de Junio y finalizará el 2 de Julio y se disputará en los estadios de Futbol Virtual y v-soccer.
Habrá nueve equipos en la competición:Indargazte f.t., Mundosl c.f., lag f.c. y FC Barcelona SL por parte de la LFPSL.Napoli SL, Parma SL, Torino VS y AS Roma SL por parte de Serie SL.Mientras que Chelsea fc sl y FC Second milan disputarán la 9ª plaza, pues no se han clasificado directamente.
