Il terzo campionato italiano di calcio in SL vede trionfare per il secondo anno consecutivo Calcio Napoli SL.
Giovedì 22 aprile c'è stata la cerimonia conclusiva del campionato italiano 2009-2010 di SL: la squadra Calcio Napoli è stata premiata con il secondo scudetto consecutivo, al secondo posto si classifica l'AS Roma SL, mentre l'Inter SL conclude in terza posizione. Il giocatore Killua Roff (FC Second Milan) è stato come miglior portiere del torneo, mentre Puccetto Canucci (FC Inter SL) è stato premiato per due volte: capocannoniere del torneo e miglior giocatore della LIFV.
